What I do when I try to move?
I train.
I strengthen in my specialty.
Sometimes I play, sometimes I go through my session.
I eat food, and sometimes calories.
I fight, and hate to curl, extend and flex.
I research my own body and/by try(ing) to imitate others.
I don’t own my own body – In my view no one does…
I have a specialized practice with a lot of WODs.
I enjoy the floor, the wall, the grass, the bags, the pads,
the gloves, but I hate the rope - but not as much as I hate a vibration plate,
stair master, pec-deck…
I have specialized movement patterns and muscles. Indeed I
have muscles.
I have resiliency in constant conflict with my fragility in
facing the unknown.
I have weakness, a lot of weakness.
I move. I try to move.
All I need is to move – the only thing I know for sure.

The text above is written with inspiration from Ido Portal and hes crew, writing about what the common mover is doing when he or she thinks they are moveing. In relation to what they (Ido and hes crew) are doing when they practice movement and live their movement:
The common 'Movement' folks:
You don't move. You train.
You don't strengthen. You isolate and tone.
You don't play. You go through your session.
You don't eat food. You ingest calories.
You don't invert, quadrupedal, fight, climb, etc. You curl,
extend and flex.
You don't research your body. You research articles on someone
else body first and foremost.
You don't own your body. You own apparel.
You don't have a practice. You have a program of wod's.
You don't enjoy the floor, a wall, a patch of grass, a stick, a
rope. You enjoy a vibration plate, a stair-master, a pec-deck.
You don't have movement patterns. You have only muscles.
You don't have resiliency. You have fragility in face of the
unknown.
You don't have weaknesses you admit to. You have delusions.
You don't Move. You barely move.
All you need is Move,
Ido.
